Brett Rocklein, P.E.

Brett Rocklein, P.E., Project Manager, has spent his career providing design, permitting and construction services for both public and private sector clients throughout Southwest Florida. Brett has been involved in a variety of projects ranging from small, half-acre commercial sites to several thousand-acre master-planned, mixed-use developments. He is responsible for civil engineering design and permitting, including roadways, utilities, and stormwater infrastructure, and overseeing general site design. He also has expertise in construction services, including preparing project bid documents and cost estimates, approving project shop drawings, and carrying out various other completion and turnover requirements of permitting agencies.

Throughout his career, Brett has designed and managed the design, permitting and construction of residential subdivisions totaling more than 2,500 residential homesites throughout Southwest Florida. He also provided engineering design and oversight of the construction of several commercial developments ranging in size from half an acre to more than 10 acres.

Brett earned his bachelor degree in civil engineering from the University of Florida.
